George (Tim) S. Wade, Jr.
Tim is the President of The Reuben Company and is therefore responsible for the direction the three corporate divisions: Sales, Building Management and Parking Management (ReuPark).
Edward Weaver
Ed is responsible for the Sales Division of The Reuben Company. Ed has been a licensed real estate sales associate for over thirty years. Ed is accomplished in all aspects of the industry including selling or leasing existing properties, full service business brokerage and real estate consulting.
Mark Hasemeyer
Marks brings 24 years of building operations to our management division of The Reuben Company. He is the Chief Engineer of the Building Management Division. Mark is responsible for all preventive maintenance programs, all capital improvement projects and all tenant improvements. Mark has a staff that includes licensed plumbers, electricians, carpenters and painters.
Michael Sullivan
Mike is the President of the Building Management Division. Mike is responsible for the day to day operations of this division, including tenant relations, building owner representaion, all building operations including security, maintenance and cleaning.

Mike and his staff have been awarded the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) "Energy Star Award" representing the fact that the building he manages is considered to be superior in comparison to all other structures in the area. The Reuben Company property management division is curerntly the only recipient of this award in NW Ohio.

Dan Zawisza
Dan is responsible for the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll for all the corporate divisions.

Penny Celestino
Penny is the assistant to the president and the company's internal auditor. Penny is responsible for the overseeing of all accounting and financial reporting aspects of the company.

Ruth Szmania
Ruth has been with the Reuben Company since 1991.  She handles all tenant requests as well as customer service comments or complaints, maintains building job and office files, general office duties, conference room scheduling and serves as administrative assistant to the building manager.
